Samsung S8300 UltraTouch Firmware update [How to]

Here is the Procedure for the firmware update for Samsung S8300 UltraTouch (Also known as Samsung S8300 Tocco Ultra Edition and Samsung Player Ultra).

• Run Samsung S8300 UltraTouch Downloader. (click here to download)
• select MSM6280.
• In case you need to flash Boot files then check this option: Full Download.
• Click Boot button and select the boot files folder.
• Click on Amss button and select: amss_compressed_base.bin
• Click on Rsrc1 button and select: Rsrc_S8300_Open_Europe_Common.rc1
• Click on Rsrc2 button and select: Rsrc2_S8300(Low).rc2
• Click on Factory FS button and select: FactoryFs_S8300_Open_Europe_Common.ffs
• Put your phone into Download Mode ( press 9 key + Power ).
• Connect USB cable to your phone and click on Port Search button to check good connection.
• Click on Download button to start the process.
• Do not touch or remove cable from the phone till all is done.
