Samsung S5620 Monte Update Firmware Software [How To]

Here is the Procedure for the firmware update for Samsung S5620 Monte. It is also known as Samsung S5620 Onix and Samsung S5620 Kabuki.

• Download Samsung S5620 Monte Software Downloader. (click here to download)
• Run the Downloader Program and Select ( BRCM2153 ).
• Put your phone into Download Mode by pressing ( Volume Down + Power button ) at the same time.
• Now Connect USB cable to phone.
• In the program window press Port Search Button to check good connection.
• If you want to flash Boot files then chec: Full Download option and then press Boot button and select Boot files folder.
• Now you have to select these files : Amss – Rsrc1 – Rsrc2 – FactoryFS each one in its field.
• Press Download button to start the programming operation.
• Do not remove phone or cable till the program finish the whole process.
• After reboot the phone do Full reset by ( *2767*3855# ) and you are done.

1. Backup in the mail so that you can then restore manually
2. SMS Messages – Use SMS Backup & Restore app,
3. Contacts Stored in Phone Memory – Sync with the Gmail application,
4. Call Log – Call Log and Restore
5. Videos, Images, Videos & Files etc.– Copy to internal / External SD Card,
6. Internet & MMS Settings – Backup all the settings from the path Applications > Settings > Wireless and Network > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names.
