The Galaxy Nexus like the Nexus S has a special curved design. It is only 8.94 millimeters thick, has a very bright large 4.65-inch super AMOLED touchscreen and a high-performance 1.2 GHz dual-core processor. Also, the device features a 5-megapixel camera with LED flash with a panorama function and a 1080p Full HD video recorder, a 1.3-megapixel webcam, WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, NFC, GPS and a digital compass 14.4 Mbp / s 3G/HSDPA-ondersteuning. The Galaxy Nexus is available with 16GB or 32GB memory (not expandable).

Innovations in Android 4.0 ICS
Specific innovations in Android 4.0 is Unlock face (from which your face is used to unlocked Samsung Galaxy Nexus) and Android Beam. Android Beam application is to quickly share with NFC websites, apps and YouTube videos with your friends, just by two (NFC) devices together to hold. Also you can apply fun effects and backgrounds replaced while your video clips or video chat calls from Google Talk. There is also the People app which allows friends, family and colleagues searched their photos in high resolution viewing and their latest status updates on Facebook, Google and other social networking + viewing.
