I bought this model mobile just before last two months. for one and half month it was good. From last 15days onwards it is getting switched off, I don’t know when it will get switched off. Even if i tried to switch it ON i have to do big struggle to switch it on.
for switching it on we have to remove the battery from mobile and again put back to the mobile& try for switch ON. this have to repeat until mobile gets switched ON. Sometimes i spend 1hour to make switch ON.I totally irritated with this mobile and i went customer care & gave them my mobile. Now i have fear when will i get it back from them. i observed many people at customer care center all they are saying that their service is tooo poor,& few people gave their mobile 2 months ago till mobiles are not repaired.
co people don’t buy karbonn mobile. go for some other brands.
